Stopaq SFL EP Primer 2.25ltr-set Pail

    SFL EP Primer is a solvent-free surface tolerant 2component epoxy primer for concrete and cementitious substrates. It is used to prepare surfaces prior to application of coating materials manufactured by Seal For Life Industries like Easy·Qote®, Sealtaq® and Stopaq® materials. It acts as a water vapour barrier to inhibit moisture damage to consecutive coating layers.  

Features:

Stopaq Basecoat 150mm x 35m Roll

     Stopaq® Basecoat is a unique, cost-effective product that can be used for a wide range of structures for protection against corrosion, and is especially designed for low temperature applications. Stopaq® Basecoat is easy to install offering excellent corrosion preventing properties. The material has a non-woven top layer that allows for immediate coating after installation. The product offers a long-term performance in e.g. commercial, residential, utilities, telecommunications, transportation, electrical, water, wastewater, agricultural, and industrial uses.  

     Stopaq® Basecoat is a non-toxic, cold-applied, prefabricated patch coating, based on a compound  containing non-crystalline, low-viscosity, noncrosslinked (fully amorphous), pure homopolymer Polyisobutene. It has excellent adhesion to bare metal and to substrates like PE and coated steel. It is fully resistant to water and has a very low gas- and water vapour permeability. 

     Stopaq® Basecoat is viscous at the indicated operating temperatures and, due to its liquid nature, flows into all irregularities of the substrate. The compound does not cure and is unable to build up internal stress.  Stopaq® Basecoat should be coated with Stopaq® EZ Topcoat. Stopaq 4200 Filler 2kg Sausage

     Stopaq® 4200 Filler is a non-toxic, highly viscous, single component, non-reactive injection filler with corrosion preventing properties. It has a wide service temperature range, excellent adhesion to many types of substrates and penetrates deeply into surface irregularities.  The non-curing, surface tolerant Stopaq® 4200 Filler is designed for filling and protecting hard-to-clean corrosion sensitive areas where water can accumulate. It can be applied in narrow spaces that are difficult to access like gaps between flanges, around bolt threads in bolt holes, tank chime areas and around flange seals.  

     The material is suited for application with a hand operated, electric or pneumatic injection tool, equipped with a flexible nozzle. It does not cure and is unable to build-up internal stresses. Due to the permanent liquid properties at indicated operational temperatures, Stopaq® 4200 Filler will tend to flow out of the filled voids. Therefore they should be covered with additional Stopaq® materials like Stopaq® Wrappingband and Outerwrap materials. Depending on type of application, additional mechanical protection can be installed like Stopaq® Flangebelt, Stopaq® Outerglass Shield XT Grey, or Stopaq® Polyester.

Stopaq Paste CZH 2kg Sheet

     Stopaq® Paste CZH is a mouldable corrosion preventing compound that is used for filling of voids and levelling of irregular surfaces prior to application of Stopaq® coating materials. It adheres extremely well to steel and factory applied pipeline coatings like PE, PP and FBE.  Stopaq® Paste CZH is a non-toxic, cold-applied compound, based on noncrystalline, low-viscosity, non-crosslinked (fully amorphous), pure homopolymer Polyisobutene.  

     Stopaq® Paste CZH is viscous at the indicated operating temperatures. Due to its liquid nature it has a set of unique properties, like cold-flow into all irregularities of the substrate. The compound does not cure and is unable to build up internal stress. Stopaq® Paste CZH is fully resistant to water, salt spray and UV-radiation, and has a low gas- and water vapour permeability.  Stopaq® Paste CZH requires application of additional flexible mechanical protective layers like Stopaq® Outerwrap. This supports self-healing ability of small damages like dents and cuts in the complete Stopaq® coating system, and improves impact and indentation resistance. 

Optionally an additional mechanical protective layer can be applied on top like Stopaq® Polyester, or Stopaq® Outerglass Shield XT Grey.

Stopaq EZ Topcoat 5ltr White Pail

     Stopaq® EZ Topcoat is a water-based, satin gloss, elastomeric top coat based on a modified acrylic elastomer. It has very good UV-resistance and is intended for use as top coat over Stopaq® products with a non-woven top layer like Stopaq® Basecoat LT / Basecoat / Basecoat HT and Stopaq® Wrappingband EZ / EZHT / EZR.  

Features: 

• Single component waterborne top coat 

• UV-resistant, suitable as top coat for industrial and marine services 

• Very good adhesion to Stopaq® products with non-woven top layer 

• Low VOC content, non-flammable
