     Covalence (formerly Raychem) manufactures numerous different material types each designed for specific pipeline conditions.  WPC100M is one of those products.  Specially formulated with a high temp mastic sealant (rated to 176F onshore where it will be in contact with soil and 212F offshore) and utilizing a radiation cross linked backing, WPC100M has an extensive use history in the USA and world wide. 

     Available in numerous (or even custom) product widths; standards for WPC100M widths would be:

• 11 inch / 300mm
• 17 inch / 425mm
• 24 inch / 600mm
• 34 inch / 870mm

     WPC100M is available in roll form -- or can be purchased as a /UNI sleeve which means the sleeve is cut down to a specific pipe size and the closure strip is pre-attached here in our shop.   This makes for a much simpler installation in the field.  At any given time, we generally keep ~5000 feet of 34" / 870mm wide WPC100M in stock.  This can be converted as necessary to anything up to and including 15000 feet of 11 inch wide material. 

     Beyond that, we offer the fastest turnaround in the world on custom width products.  With tolerances within 1/4" we routinely manufacture WPC100M sleeves at numerous other widths including but not limited to 28", 30", 27.5", 29.25", 3", 4", 4.5", 6.5" and everything in between.
