     Field joint coatings are often the single most likely to be forgotten item on a pipeline project.  I can't even tell you how many phone calls we get every month from someone in the field who needs shrink sleeves on site within 24 hours.  That's ok though; we have built our business to be able to help our customers out in such circumstances. 

     Here at JSI, we stock eleven different field joint coating materials (mostly Covalence heat shrink sleeves).  We have coating in stock for just about any common or not so common pipeline application.  High temp?  Yes.  Ambient temp?  Yes.  High shrink?  Yes.  Three layer?  Yes.  Spiral wrapped?  Yes.  Road bores?  Yes.  Multiple widths?  Yes.  If you need it, we've almost certainly got it. 

     Beyond that, we generally keep around 1000 cut pieces on the shelf and in stock for the most commonly sold products in the most commonly sold sizes.  Believe me, the last thing we want is for your job to be shut down because you can't find anyone who has shrink sleeves ready for immediate shipment.  We've been in business for 20 years now refining our inventory practices, improving our production practices and committing to the high expense of inventory in order to service our customers. 

     Coatings are absolutely no good if you're going to have to wait a week for them to ship out!  That just doesn't help at all!  Beyond all of that though, we don't ever require any kind of an 'expedited' charge for shipping material quickly.  Never.  We offer great service, fast turnarounds and excellent pricing for all of our material; whether you need to pick it up today; or whether we have 3 weeks to get it ready to ship.
